Johnny Depp is again in news, and this time it is about his severely injured finger, which he has chosen to reveal more details about. As we know, he is currently involved in a lawsuit about a 2015 incident where his finger was allegedly severely injured by his wife. However, he has a couple of other lawsuits currently active too! But we have got to know some more details from Depp about the 2015 incident, as he tries to explain!
Depp’s story mentions that in March 2015, he had an argument with his then wife Amber Heard. He claims that it was due to post-nuptial papers that he wanted her to sign. In his story, he mentions that it didn’t go well with the Aquaman actress, and she threw a vodka bottle on his hand which was resting on a marble platform, slicing his fingertip of the middle finger.
He was saying, “I was trying to get the finger back, you know,” he said in the video. “ And then deal with the insanity of having had my finger chopped off by this woman that I was married to.” Also, we have seen the photo of the finger on Daily Mail, as they provide the X-ray of the finger too!
On the other hand, the story which was depicted by Amber Heard in her deposition was totally different. She mentioned that the fight was because of her former co-star Billy Bob Thornton. She said that Depp was beating her with one hand, and smashing a plastic phone with other hand. During that, he got his finger severely injured. Only one thing common in both the stories is writing “Billy Bob” and “Easy Amber” using blood and paint by Johnny Depp. All the other arguments of her are already declined by Depp.
