Kazuya is walking with Kibe and Shun they met a beautiful girl who drops a pen in front of them. Kibe and Shun were happy at the way Kazuya and a beautiful girl are looking at each other. After the girl runs away Kibe and Shun ask Kazuya what is going on and he replied that she just looks familiar. Kibe asks if he knows her and he said no.
Kibe and Shun left Kazuya alone telling him that he must not get their hopes up. He will remain single as any girl he sees makes him think as they have met before. Kazuya went to the class and a girl grabs him inside the library. She told him that he must pretend like they don’t know each other. When Kazuya looks at the girl properly he finds out that it is Chizuru Mizuhara. She told him that there was nothing between them. She also said that she is keeping her job as a secret. She said she has been avoiding dates in the same area as the college. She left him shocked. Kazuya can’t believe that he is in the same college as Mizuhara. In the morning he met with her on the terrace of his apartment and he has found out she is his neighbor.
She quickly rushes inside her house and closes the door. Kazuya tries to beg her telling her that it is just a coincidence. Later Kazuya receives a call from his grandmother and he wanted to tell her the truth about the girl he loves stays next door. Gran told him that she is on her way and he must call Mizuhara for her. Kazuya went to Mizuhara and begs her to be his girlfriend again.
He doesn’t want his grandmother to be upset that they have broken up. Mizuhara disagrees that her work doesn’t allow her to date a boy who is her neighbor or residence. Kazuya’s grandmother Nagomi Kinoshita suddenly arrives and asks Kazuya to make tea for her. Nagomi asks when Mizuhara is going to arrive. Kazuya said that he will try to call her and he went outside and pretends as if he is calling her.
Kazuya went to Mizuhara and pretends like he is a delivery boy for her to open for him. Mizuhara refused to help him and she said she was just a rental girl to him. Nagomi told Kazuya that he break up with Mizuhara and she knows that he was not even a ladies man. Mizuhara was just about to enter the room where Kazuya is with Nagomi.
Kazuya thinks that he doesn’t deserve to date a beautiful girl like Mizuhara. Mizuhara was just listening to what they were talking about. Mizuhara suddenly came inside the room and Nagomi rushes to her seeing how beautiful she is. She started to think that they have mended their ways. Nagomi started crying on Mizuhara’s chest saying that she knows Mizuhara will never leave Kazuya.
