“The Terror: Infamy” is based upon a series of unusual deaths that vex a Japanese American community, told through the eyes of a young man, it is almost about his journey to understand and battle the hostile entity responsible. It is the first series to portray the incarceration of Japanese Americans on such an enormous scale. It gives us a complete record by means of the authentically recreated camps in scope and scale as post-WWII.
Terror stars Derek Mio, Kiki Sukezane (Lost in Space), Cristina Rodlo (Miss Bala), Shingo Usami (Unbroken), Naoko Mori (Everest), Miki Ishikawa (9-1-1) and world-famous actor, producer, author and activist George Takei (Star Trek), who also serves as a consultant.
“The Terror: Infamy” is produced by AMC Studios, the producers being Scott Free, Emaj Productions and Entertainment 360. In addition to Woo and Borenstein, Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, Alexandra Milchan, Scott Lambert, Guymon Casady, and Jordan Sheehan also serve as executive producers.
