The Walking Dead Season 10 Will Be Directed By Michael Cudlitz
It turns out it isn’t just Andrew Lincoln, the ex-WD star who will direct Season 10. Fresh reports have come in that say that Michael Cudlitz, will also lead Season 10 of The Walking Dead. Andrew Lincoln spoke of how excited he’s to be directing Season 10 of TWD. Cudlitz also revealed that he too would be heading back to Senoia, ga to direct the same. Cudlitz played the character of Sgt. Abraham Ford on TWD. This isn’t the first time that Cudlitz is directing TWD. It is actually how the second stint in the director’s chair. Cudlitz for those of you who don’t know has helmed episode 7 of season 9 (titled “Stradivarius”). For Season 10, he will be directing the third episode.
Cudlitz though won’t be seen as Abraham Ford but will be seen in the director’s chair this time. Cudlitz’s character in TWD was a fan favorite, and this time he is included amongst the list of people who’ll be working on TWD Season 10. For now, he’s involved in the ABC comedy The Kids Are Alright, on Tuesday morning, Cudlitz sat with the EW Morning Live and informed audiences that he’d been hired to direct The Walking Dead in Season 10.
Besides the above mentioned critical piece of information, Cudlitz also informed us of his direction schedule on TWD. He said that he’s going to go back this spring to direct the third episode. TWD Season 10 should air in the fall, as per official and unofficial word.
Cudlitz was also asked what he missed on TWD the most to which he replied he was lucky enough to hang out with TWD guys and travel to various locations around the globe. He further said that they traveled all around the world together and that’s one of the cool things that this has afforded him.
