Veep Season 7: Spoilers And Update

Veep Season 7 Release Date
Veep Season 7

Veep has become a very successful show over the years. The show was renewed for a seventh and final season. It will be a difficult farewell for all the cast members but, the show will leave with a ton of great memories. The show has a lot of amazing people working on it, which has turned in one of the most famous comedy shows in the past decade.

The sixth season of the show ended on June 27, 2017. It has been a long time since the release of the sixth season. The new season is slated to be released on March 31, 2019. So, there is not much time left for the release of the seventh season of Veep. The final season will have seven episodes which make it the shortest season till date. It seems a bit strange that they have decided to have just seven episodes for the last season.

The cast of Veep has some pretty famous names. The show has two-time Emmy-winner Tony Hale as one of the stars of the show. The show has been known to keep changing the roles of its characters. So, we can expect a shuffle again in the last season of the show. Here is the cast for the seventh season:

Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Selina Meyer
Anna Chlumsky as Amy Brookheimer
Tony Hale as Gary Walsh
Reid Scott as Dan Egan
Timothy Simons as Jonah Ryan
Matt Walsh as Mike McLintock
Kevin Dunn as Ben Cafferty
Gary Cole as Kent Davison

In the final season, we will see Selina unable to return to living a civilian life, and she is thinking of running away again. This was revealed by executive producer David Mandel last year. The series has been created by Armando Iannucci. The current showrunner is Mandel. The show has a rating of 8.2 on IMDB and to be honest; the rating doesn’t do the show justice. It is much better than just 8.2.
