At Hangar Galar Region the chairman Rose, Macro Cosmos is walking with Olive who is his assistance. They ask the workers what is happening when they are hearing an emergency red light alarming. The workers revealed that when they had the core absorb Galar particles, it started overloading. Olive said that that’s is why they had the hangar and the worker said no telling that the energy tore through the hangar. Olive asks if they tend to release it again.
Suddenly the core’s energy-charged up and release the energy to different parts of the Earth. Olive orders the workers to hurry and reinforce the hangar. Meanwhile, Goh and Satoshi play rock, paper, and scissors to determine who will switch off the light since it is time to sleep. Goh won and Santoshi went and switches off the light. While he is going to sleep he finds bands that shine with pink color.

Goh and Satoshi went and show it to Sakuragi who reveals that the bands are used by trainers in the Galar region to Daimax or gigantify pokemon. But there are many things unknown about the exact mechanism. There is a Daimax case in Galra Region Sakuragi orders Goh and Satoshi to head there and solve the mystery. Satoshi and Goh along with their pokemon board on a Train heading to the Galar Region. They both reach the Galar and head to Brassie town to complete their mission.
Santoshi is happy that they are going to meet professor Magnolia. Magnolia is the number one Daimax researcher. While they are still on a train it has been announced that the train will stop due to the fog ahead. While they have stopped a Horubee digging pokemon type shows up. Horubee is very sensitive to danger and the sound of Armorgaw’s flapping will have it digging a hole to hide underground in moments. Goh and Satoshi decide to catch it and have noticed that it has headed to Slumbering Weald.
They entered the slumbering weald trying to find where the Horubee is. On their search, Satoshi encounters a new species pokemon. Goh also encounters a pokemon same as Satoshi but has a different color. When they try to battle new species of pokemon they release a fog that puts them to sleep. When Goh wakes up the pokemon is gone and he tries to fins Santoshi and the train are also gone. Goh tries to call Satoshi but he couldn’t get through.
Later Satoshi battle with the pokemon that was affected by the energy that got sent to the Eart earlier. Mr. Dande also shows up to help Satoshi solve the mystery and the villagers praise him. Dande replied that he just did what a champion should do and he saved Maru from rampaging. Dande reveals that there is a string of rampaging Daimax pokemon and they want to find the cause and stop it. Dande heads out with Satoshi to solve the Daimax mystery.
