The dearly anticipated Airaa will see actor Nayanthara in dual roles. After Maya and Dora, Airaa is Nayanthara’s third horror movie. She plays a village girl namely Bhavani and a blogger named Yamuna. Nayanthara is directed by K.M Sarjun who described the movie as a never-before-experience for Nayanthara. The two characters that Nayanthara portrays are unrelated and different from each other. Airaa is Nayanthara’s first dual movie character portrayal.
The other cast members of the movie include Yogi Babu, Jayaprakash and Kalaiarasan among others. It is important to tell you that Airaa is a Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie. K.M Sarjun has also written the movie Airaa besides directing it. Kotapadi J Rajesh produced it, and Priyanka Ravindran provided the screenplay. Sundaramurthy K.S. has composed music for the movie and cinematography is done by Sudarshan Srinivasan.
Trident Arts will distribute Airaa. The movie releases on March 28, 2019, in India. Following is the cast of the film:

The first trailer was released on 5 January 2019. It was initially supposed to be released on Christmas 2018 eve but due to slow production that couldn’t happen.
