KurtzPel is an upcoming multiplayer role-playing game which has been developed by KOG Studios. The studio uses Unreal Engine 4 along with their own system called Toonline. Toonline is quite the system as it forms an outline on a bump map and the model as well. This gives a very diverse character creation, which is always appreciated.
Director Gwon said that the game takes place in a parallel universe of Grand Chase. At this time the major events and stories are shown differential. But, the game is not a direct sequel of their previous title, which does seem a bit strange. The story of the game is set in the world of Erthesia. Kurtzpel is a disaster which is also known as “bringer of chaos.” It has terrified the world.
Gwon was asked what kind of game KurtzPel is, and he replied that the game would have no Pay-2-Win systems. He also said that it had KOG’s proven action formula. Gwon further added that the game is an action PvP game and that content related to it will be developed before anything else.
There is no confirmed release date for the game yet. All we know is that it will be released sometime in 2019. So far there has been no information about the exact release date. We will keep an eye out for any news related to the release and will update you accordingly.
