What will be the storyline of The Family Man Season 2?
The show focuses on the life of Srikant Tiwari, played by Manoj Bajpayee, as he secretly works for the safety of the country. The plot revolves around Srikant as a middle-class man, who is a secret agent working for the TASC, an organization that works day and night for national security.
The official storyline is yet to be revealed. However, season 2 will most likely pick the story from season 1’s cliffhanger ending. In season 1 finale, fans saw what happened at the factory, which left Delhi extremely vulnerable to the imminent chemical attack. Season 2 is expected to show the aftermath of the incident and what lies ahead of the people living in Delhi. Also, other key points that will be focused on are:
- The mystery behind that night surrounding Srikant’s wife. Season 2 might shed some light on the matter and might reveal what actually happened that night between Suchitra Tiwari (Priyamani) and Arvind (Sharad Kelkar).

Earlier in an interview, the directors of the show, Raj and DK, revealed that they never intended to conclude the show on a cliffhanger, and it wasn’t something they thought of at the beginning. However, the way they progressed, the cliffhanger climax happened automatically and organically. They added further that the team is doing their level best to brainstorm an idea as to how they would progress the story in season 2. They are also looking for ways to explore Srikant’s life and the current status of Suchitra and Arvind’s relationship. The outcome of their relationship will have major implications for Srikant’s personal life.
