According to a Youtube Channel named TheGamingRevolution, the Battle Royale mode is still in the works but, Infinity Ward has refused to answer the legitimacy of the rumor. According to the channel, the map of the battle royale mode will be 3x the size of the battle royale map of Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Blackout, and it will support a total of 152 players all at once.
Infinity Ward’s actual goal isn’t 152 player but its actually 200 players which is an insane amount, to be honest, but, it kind of goes along with the statement, ‘the more, the merrier.’ However, this is just a rumor, and earlier it was claimed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare won’t be featuring a battle royale, so we need to wait for the official confirmation before jumping into conclusion.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be released on 25th October 2019, and it will be available for Xbox One, PC and PS4.
