‘The Million Dollar Mile’ Shifted To Saturdays After Two Episodes By CBS
So far we’ve only seen two episodes of The Million Dollar Mile and CBS is already pushing the show to Saturdays. LeBron James’ “The Million Dollar Mile” had received lukewarm ratings from the audience so far. Recorded ratings were soft 1.0 debut in the key 18-49 demographic and 4.1 million viewers, for the first episode. This further dipped to a 0.8 rating and 3.4 million viewers for the second episode. The rest of the remaining Season will begin on May 4, 2019, and will air on Saturdays.
“Amazing Race” has taken the air schedule of The Million Dollar Mile on CBS. Amazing Race, the replacement was previously slated to premiere May, 22. It is pre-scheduled by over a month, it takes the Wednesday time slot and will now premiere on April 17.
The Million Dollar Mile is hosted by Tim Tebow. It puts contestants into running a titular race for a prize of $1 million. There’s a group of elite athletes that are hell-bent on stopping the contestants; they stand between the contestants and their money. The commentators for The Million Dollar Mile are the duo Matt “Money” Smith, play-by-play announcer for the LA Chargers, and ESPN reporter Maria Taylor.
