Pokemon Sword and Shield Release Date And Updates

Pokemon Sword and Shield has been talked about quite a lot ever since it was announced and today at Nintendo Direct, we got loads of new exciting information regarding the game.

If you were excited about it before, you’ll love it even more now because the features that will be added to the game are very interesting! Nintendo had promised some new things will be added to the game, and they didn’t shy away from doing just that. Even though the game isn’t the final product yet, we got to see a bunch of new stuff that we’ll be talking about in this post.

The first biggest thing that we found out was the introduction of Giant Pokemon. Sounds crazy? It’s really a thing. Apparently, Pokemon can turn huge now using the Dynamax. This can be used up to 3 turns only and only once per match. There are some Pokemon that are available only through the Dynamax Raid Battle.

Other than that, it seems the game has taken more of an open world approach. The routes in the game have been replaced with ‘Wild Areas’ which can be completely explored.

The game seems very fun, and we’ll have two versions of it, as always, Pokemon Sword, and Pokemon Shield. The most important bit that was revealed that the Direct was the release date of the game.

Pokémon Sword and Shield will launch worldwide on 15th November, 2019 for the Nintendo Switch.
