The fans of Call of Duty: Mobile have been anticipating the third season for a long time. To meet the demands of the players, the developers have finally decided to drop the update. The upcoming season of Call of Duty: Mobile has been scheduled to release on December 21, 2020, at 6:00 pm CT. Earlier, it was announced that it would be dropped on December 17, 2020, but it had to be postponed for several reasons. The current season of Call of Duty: Mobile has been extended for a few more days, which hints at the delay, although Activision has given no official reason for the delay.
Activision had earlier teased initiating a public beta server to test Season 13 before it is officially released as an update globally. The public test server usually comes out before releasing a major update for the players to try out a few in-game elements, which will be a part of the upcoming update. The trail is also put forward to locate some bugs and issues, if reported, and fix them before launching the new update. Activision made the official announcement for the public test server on December 7.
According to us, the delay in the release is because the developers might have aimed to run the test server for a week at the very least. Therefore the upcoming season of Call of Duty: Mobile will be dropped officially on the date mentioned above, free from all the bugs and glitches. The players can download the beta test version from the link provided on the official website of Activision. However, it is limited, and not everyone will get access to it. The players can still try their luck to be one of the firsts to access the beta test.
🆕A new map is coming to #CODMobile in the next season and you might recognize some parts of it if not all 😉

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 13 Updates
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 13 will feature new weapons, maps, skins, and characters, other than a few seasonal cosmetic features. As per the teaser, the new maps are going to be a new version of the Raid- Holiday and Nuketown map. Moreover, the upcoming season of Call of Duty: Mobile will feature a new assault rifle and an SMG. The players are also going to have the MP7 SMG and the Peacekeeper AR. The fully automatic assault rifle, Peacekeeper, comes with a high fire rate and is designed to be used for combats ranging from close to medium. On the other hand, the MP7 is a submachine gun, which has been designed for combats of close-quarters, having a high rate of fire and great damage. As we know, the Peacekeeper functional assault rifle has already been featured in ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’ whereas the MP7 has earlier been seen in ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.’
The theme of the current season of Call of Duty: Mobile is ‘Going Dark, ’ bringing in night mode on all the popular maps, which include Summit, Crash, and Hackney Yard. The two new weapons— an SMG and a Pistol- were attached to season 12, which was released on November 12, 2020. The game was first launched on October 1, 2019, for Android and iOS. Developed by Timi Studios, a subsidiary of Tencent Games, Activision and Garena are publishing the game.
