Samurai 8 Hachimaruden is coming out this week, and it’s time to welcome Kishimoto back to Weekly Shounen Jump. We’ve been waiting for his return for a long time now, and it is going to be fun to see what he’s come up with after years of planning and decision making. I’m very excited about Samurai 8, and after hearing about the plot of the story, I’m even more intrigued. In this post, we’ll be talking about Samurai 8 Hachimaruden’s premise. So, let’s get started!
Before we begin, please note this post may contain official spoilers from the previous chapters of the manga. If being spoiled is not for you, I suggest that you stop reading the post here. However, if spoilers don’t bother you, we can get started. Also, note that we did not create the spoilers or leaked them. They’re available all over the internet.
So, here’s the story of Samurai 8 for those of you who are interested:
As the galaxy nears the end of its existence, it won’t survive for more than a century. A samurai receives a mission to save all the planets and its inhabitants by finding Pandora’s Box. The warrior god Fudo Myoo places a secret inside of it that will save the world. However, in order to open it, they have to find the seven keys and Hachimaru, a weak child who’s needed medical assistance since birth might have something to do with it.
According to what we know Samurai 8 Hachimaruden Chapter 1 is going to be 72 pages long, and the second chapter will be 33 pages long. It will come out Weekly, unlike Boruto, and Kishimoto is handling the story, storyboard, and a lot of other aspects of the manga.
