Shimamura has noticed that Adachi has something that is bothering her and she keeps on wondering what is it. Shimamura is trying to figure out how she should fix her friendship with Adachi. The next day Adachi went to the place where they use to meet and she finds that Adachi is not there. She texts here asking why she didn’t show up and they end up talking about the upcoming exam.
Shimamura thinks that Adachi is weak and she went and joins other students. She asks if Adachi is around and they told her that she is not. Nagafuji reveals that Adachi is sick and she thought that they were both skipping classes together at the gym. Hino told Shimamura to eat lunch together and they talk about the weird customer they got.

Previously on Adachi and Shimamura Episode 3
Shimamura text Adachi asks if she can come to her. Adachi started to ignore Shimmaru who is getting depressed. but she thinks that she will get over it in 3 days. After school Shimmamura tries to look where Adachi stays. On her way, she met with a silver-colored hair girl who whispered to her that she is an Alien. The girl tried to smell her and told her that she is not smelling lovely today. The girl reveals that Shimamura is born to meet her and the girl left her saying that they will meet again.
Shimamura manages to find Adachi’s house and she rings the bell. Adachi opens the door and saw that it is Shimamura and she close it and lock it. Telling her to wait for 15 minutes after 15 minutes she came out in a school uniform. Adachi told her that her cellphone was inside the school bag that why she didn’t reply to her messages. She has also forgotten the school bag inside Shimamura’s house. Shimamura’s misunderstanding is cleared and she also finds out why Adachi didn’t come to school.
Shimamura asks if she can come in and she said she has work today. Shimamura decided that she is going home and Adachi stops her telling her that she has something that she wants to do. Adachi told Shimamura that confess to Shimamura that she didn’t go to school because she has caught a cold. Adachi asks Shgimamura if she can hang out with her on Saturday and she agrees.
