Daredevil is one of the most successful superhero TV shows in recent years. Netflix had been producing the series, and it was going really well. But, all of a sudden Netflix decided that they won’t be making another season of Daredevil. However, their announcement hinted that the show would actually return on some other platform.
Erik Oleson who was the showrunner said that he has very hopeful that he would do a fourth season of the show. He also said that there had been no official word. However, if there is an official statement, he hopes to be a part of the new season.
An official statement from Netflix confirmed the show’s cancellation. They confirmed that the show wouldn’t return for a fourth season. Netflix thanked the staff, cast, and the people involved in the production of the series.
However, the are several hints that the series will return sometime in the future. So, the fans shouldn’t lose hope. The first three seasons will still be available on Netflix.
Daredevil wasn’t the only Marvel show that was canceled. Luke Cage and Iron Fist were also canceled. It seems that the Daredevil will join Jessica Jones and The Punisher and it could mean that it will be heading to Disney+.
In my opinion, it is very likely that Daredevil will be returning to our screens. The show was incredible, and it doesn’t seem that the show will be wrapped up forever. We will keep our eyes open for more news about the show, and we willyou accordingly.

There are a lot of new reactions coming in, and everyone want the show back. However, Netflix has nothing to do with these requests as they have made their mind not to invest in any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows, whether it is Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Punisher, or Jessica Jones. The fans have done everything they could to get their favorite Marvel shows back but Netflix just want to cut ties with these expensive shows.
When asked to cast members, none of them expected this, as everyone thought there is more coming and there is a lot to be said. But Netflix now has even better shows like Sex Education and Russian Doll which are getting even more attention at considerably lower production rate. Therefore, Netflix would be trying to create its own content and making huge stacks! Even the showrunner wanted to make a fourth season, and his Tweet is also linked below!

It seems like nothing could have been enough to get Netflix on Daredevil season 4, so it seems like this was it for Daredevil on Netflix. Commenting about chances of getting Daredevil or any of those Marvel shows on Disney+ is highly unlikely. The main reason is that Disney wants it to have family friendly and child friendly content, and they would like to stick to it. So, it clearly rules out Daredevil. I hope there is a way out and we could see Murdock again!
