Lost In Space Season 2 On Netflix – When Will It Release?

Lost In Space has been officially renewed for a second season by Netflix. The first season of the show was very promising. The first season ended on a cliffhanger, and the producers certainly seemed to find potential in the series, and thus, they decided to renew the show for a second season. The co-creators Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama have confirmed that they have been working on a second season and they have some pretty amazing ideas.

Sazama said that they are working on scripts and they are hoping to get a green light to get the work underway. They also have crazy stuff planned out, and they are hoping to have a film on it.

Netflix hasn’t announced a update yet for the new season. The first season was released back on April 13th, 2018. Most likely the second season will release around late 2019, or early 2020.

The cast for the second season could vary depending on the way Netflix handles the second season. If they want to expand, then we will see an increase in the cast. If they decide to keep it the same, then the cast will most likely remain unchanged.

The main eight characters will most likely return for season two. These include John, Maureen, Judy, Penny, Will, Smith, Don, and the Robot.

Well, the fans have been waiting for details about the second season, and there is nothing made public about it. But we are getting inside information that the shooting started back in September 2018, and it was up until January 2019. Although there is no confirmation, we believe that the filming completed by January.

After the filming completed for the first season, the first season premiered after about nine months. Similarly, we can expect that the second season would also take identical time, and return by October this year. Nevertheless, it is just a prediction, and we are still awaiting an official response.
