Sasuke is on a mission with others they manage to find the location of the Husk from intel that Sasuke extracted from Shojoji’s memories. They have found out the hideout of the organization known as Kara, the Husk, and Sai apologize for being late. The hideout is a sewage treatment facility. A few years back there was a release of a toxic gas of unknown cause and no one was allowed to enter.

Previously on Boruto Naruto Next Generations Episode 157
Sai told Sasuke that they have to find out if Kara really exists they both went in. On the way, Sai said that it is Naruto’s plan because the past ANBU is different from the present ANBU. There is someone spying on them nearby as they try to open the door that explodes. Suddenly someone came to check if he manages to trap them. Sasuke appears at the back and asks who is it and Sai manages to capture him.
The unknown guy said he will never forgive them for killing his friends. Sai replied that it is a misunderstanding and it is their first time visiting this place. The unknown guy refuses to believe Sai and he said Sai and Sasuke are with them. Sasuke told him that they are from Hiden Leaf investigating an organization that may be here. He told him that the one who killed his friends may be the same as the one that they are chasing.
The unknown guy offers some food to Sai and Sasuke he told them that he is Garashi Touno. Touno explains his story and showed them a picture that Kara’s group posted in their hideout. Touno also explained how his friends were killed using poison gas but he manages to escape and survive. Touno told Sasuke that he will show them their hideout and in return, they will help him recover his friend’s remains that are still in a hideout.
Touno showed them their hideout and Sasuke uses Chidori to break the wall that is blocking their path. Touno rushes quickly and when Sasuke and Sai reach him he tricks them by setting a trap. He poisoned them with gas and he said that the one who killed his friends is him. Touno left Sai and Sasuke dying later he was laughing and they appeared and told him not to underestimate them. Sai said that the ones that got poisoned were their clones.
Touno tries to run away and Si throws Shirunken that made him fell down he started bleeding from his mouth. Sasuke said that Touno was being used as a bait because his mask did not protect him from a gas. Touno killed himself by stabbing his neck and Sasuke said that it is a trap laid by Kara. The hideout started falling and they managed to escape and went to Naruto and told him what happened.
