The producer of the SAG Awards announced that Leonardo DiCaprio would present the SAG Life Achievement Award to Robert De Niro next month at the 26th annual ceremony. Both the actors starred together in 1993 in This Boy’s Life. At that time, both DiCaprio was a teenager. Other movies in which both have worked together are Marvin’s Room and The Audition.
Robert De Niro is going to be the 56th recipient of the SAG Life Achievement Award. He has already won Oscar. He will be given the honor on the 19th if January. It will go live on TNT and TBS. The award is given once in a year to an actor who has performed outstandingly well and has shown the finest talents of his acting profession. Last year, the winner of the award was Alan Alda.
