The official website for the anime adaptation of Shizuki Fujisawa’s manga “Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon-Kyōdai” (Youth Story of a Family or literally, The Four Yuzuki Brothers) has revealed exciting details. Excitement builds as character promotional videos for Hayato Yuzuki and Mikoto Yuzuki were released on July 15 and 28, respectively.
The website also revealed the opening theme song, Naite Iinda (It’s Okay to Cry), is performed by the band Flumpool, while the ending theme song, Sasakure” (Splinter), is performed by Aoi Kubo. The anime will premiere on October 5, airing on TOKYO MX, BS11, and AT-X channels. There will also be an advance screening event planned for October, with more event specifics to be announced by the anime’s staff soon.

The newly announced cast includes Misato Matsuoka voicing Uta Kirishima, Akari Tadano voicing Waka Kirishima, M.A.O voicing Saki Kirishima, Fumihiko Tachiki voicing Kojirō Kirishima. and Satsuki Kokubu voicing Yūma Nikaidō.
The main cast includes Ryōta Iwasaki, voicing Hayato Yuzuki, the eldest brother and the family’s rock, parting worldly wisdom that anchors his siblings. Kikunosuke Toya voices Mikoto Yuzuki, the second son who’s effortlessly cool with strong brotherly affection.
