You might know that Tom Holland had press tours in Seoul, South Korea for the promotion of his film Spider-Man: Far From Home, however, apart from promotions, he also had one more thing to do which was to visit the sick kids in Seoul National University Hospital and cheer them up. However, the Korean media didn’t know about Tom’s plan, and he kept it as a surprise, which made the kids very excited. Tom was on his Spider-Man suits but, his mask was open. He was in his character pretending to shoot webs just like Spider-Man does in movies in order to cheer the kids up.
According to the Hospital, Tom went in all of the eight wards, greeted children in the hallways, and he even made himself available to the patients who had a hard time getting up from their beds.
Park Jung-won said that it was Tom’s personal interest to greet the children and cheer them up. Park revealed that the request by Sony was unofficial and the Hospital took considerations as much possible. Park revealed that Tom Holland wanted to meet the children in his spidey character.
