Ramsey is a former colleague of Caitlin and he restarts their friendship after they are reunited by a stroke of luck. However, their bond is quickly broken when the doctor’s desire to defy the laws of nature forces him to take the dark path. This causes him to turn into the monstrous Bloodwork.
