Now, after the 5th season of My Hero Academia, Boku no Hero Academia’s 3rd installment as a movie is something that fans are really hyped up for My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission. This movie is a Japanese animated action movie based on My Hero Academia written and illustrated by none other than Kōhei Horikoshi. Apart from that, this movie is animated by one of the most prominent animation studios – Studio Bones. In November 2020, the official Twitter account of My Hero Academia hit fans with an announcement regarding the movie. The tweet teased the critical visual of Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki, all of them together.
After just a week, one more update was announced, which included the movie’s official release date. The movie was premiered in Japan on 6th August 2021. And after two months, the movie was released in the United States Of America and Canada on 29th October 2021. My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission was a huge blockbuster. The movie generated almost US$41 million in revenue.
First-Look at World Heroes’ Mission OVA

As you can see, the tweet revealed Izuku Midoriya, Katsuki Bakugou, Shoto Todoroki, and Endeavor. This OVA will feature the airport scene. Besides this, The OVA of My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission will be released when there will be an update regarding the circulation of DVD and Blu-Ray of the movie.
My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission is directed by Kenji Nagasaki. He is a Japanese Animator and worked in a super famous studio known as Madhouse. The movie’s screenwriter is Yōsuke Kuroda, who is a professional Japanese screenwriter. Apart from that, the main cast includes Daiki Yamashita, who voiced Izuku Midoriya. Furthermore, Nobuhiko Okamoto, who won the best new actor at the 3rd Seiyu award, voiced Katsuki Bakugou. Yuki Kaji voiced Shoto Todoroki.
