Arifureta Shokugyou anime is going to kick off soon much to the relief of the fans. The anime series was announced on December 2, 2017. It was supposed to air on April 2018 but, on January 15, 2018, it was announced that the anime will be pushed back. In the announcement, it was revealed that it was pushed back due to various reasons. The series would have been directed by Jun Kamiya and it would have been written by Fazuyuki Fudeyasu and the studio would have been White Fox and the character designs would have been done by Atsuo Tobe.
Due to the postponement of the show, it was announced on April 29, 2018, that Kinji Yoshimoto would be the new director. White Fox would be joined by Asread as the animators. Also, Chika Kojima would be taking over from Atsuo Tobe as the character designer. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu left his role, and then he was replaced by Shoichi Sato and Kinji Yoshimoto.
The music for the anime will be composed by Ryō Takahashi. The opening theme song, which is titled “FLARE” is going to be performed by Void_Chords feat. LIO. DracoVirgo is going to perform the ending theme song “First Song” Hajime no Uta).
The anime is going to premiere on July 8, 2019. It is going to air on AT-X, Tokyo MX, SUN, and BS11. Tur anime will have 13 episodes. The series will also release two original video animations (OVAs). The second and third home video sets will be out on December 25, 2019, and February 26, 2020. Funimation has licensed the series for a simuldub.
