It has been some time now since Fortnite night deleted itself during the most recent event which was called “The End”. All of the player bases didn’t know what was going on and those who tried to log in were greeted with a black hole, with no way to jump into matches or view their skins and V-Bucks. There were rumors about the game renaming itself from Fortnite to Fortnite: Chapter 2, and now a leaked trailer seems to back that up.
Fortnite: Chapter 2 Leaks
The trailer that was leaked shows us what the upcoming content of the game will be like. Rather than calling it as Season 11, the new season is called Chapter 2, Season 1. And it makes some significant changes. The first change in the game is that there is a new map which many of the fans speculated as well as a load of new skins to earn. Moreover, there are new ways in which the players can level up through completing in-game actions, some of which were opening chests, eliminating opponents, or gathering materials.
There are also going to be new vehicles which were shown at the end of the trailer. In that scene, we can see a group of players fighting on speed boats, and the most interesting thing is that at one point a player can be seen diving into the river. This means that the players will now have the ability to swim. Moreover, their rescuing system might be getting changed as well because, in the end, we saw one player carrying another on their shoulders across a beach.
All this hasn’t been confirmed by Epic and developers are still silent after the event happened. All of the social media of the game went dark which includes their official Twitter account, official Fortnite website that only streams the mysterious black hole. Nobody knows when Epic Games or Fortnite will be back but the community is still waiting for the moment that Fortnite comes back.
