Undertaker, the name is enough to send chills down our spine. Undoubtedly, he is one of the scariest WWE wrestlers. However, the audience still loves him. We surely never want to go across him when he is in Undertaker’s character, but we are a fan of this legend. And soon, the audience will be witnessing his journey in the popular show focused on WWE legend’s journey, “Biography: WWE Legends.” It is the American documentary series featured on the network “A & E.” The series will come back with 35 new biographies of the legends this year.
Thankfully, we will see the personal and on-screen life of our legend, Undertaker. The WWE fans have witnessed Undertaker’s journey to fame, and now we will live moments from his personal and professional life in the biography. He had carried the persona of being Undertaker so well that we doubt that if you know his real name is Mark Calaway. The Undertaker earned his long-due place in the Hall of fame in April 2022. The icon-to-many WWE star fought his last match in 2020 before announcing his retirement.
What Are Undertaker’s Favorite Moments From WWE?
The Twitter account “WWE on A&E” uploaded a video of Undertaker answering some of the questions about his career. The deadman has shared his favorite WWE memories. He shared that his favorite memory was about Wrestlemania 25 when he fought with Shawn Michaels. He said, “I would have to say WrestleMania 25 with Shawn Michaels. I don’t think it gets much better than that.” There is no doubt that Shawn Michaels was a legend, making the audience crazy every time he stepped on a ring. Now, if there is a fight between two great wrestlers, it has to be remarkable. Undertaker shared another favorite memory of WWE from Wrestlemania 28, when he, Shawn Michaels, and Triple H stood on the entrance ramp before the Hell in the Cell match. That earned him a 19th win the Wrestlemania.
Shawn Michaels challenged John “Bradshaw” Rayfield (JBL) for a No Way Out Match and added a benefit if he won, he would become the owner of Michael’s name and likeness. Fortunately, Bradshaw lost. On February 16, 2009, Shawn Michaels gave him another chance to defeat him, and it was decided that the winner would have an opportunity to challenge Undertaker in Wrestlemania in an attempt to break ‘Undertaker’s undefeated streak of Wrestlemania.’ And Shawn Michaels won.
This is the storyline that leads to one of the best matches of Undertaker’s career. Further, Shawn Michael had to fight with Vladimir Kozlov to ultimately earn his match with Undertaker. Actually, we should be thankful to Bradshaw and Vladimir for losing as if it were not for them; we could not see an astounding match between Shawn Michaels and Undertaker. And Undertaker won again, maintaining his legacy of never losing in Wrestlemania.
The rivalry between Undertaker and Triple H started in Wrestlemania 27, in which Undertaker won, but he suffered multiple injuries. Wrestlemania 27 was the first time when Undertaker was taken out of the ring on a stretcher. It took him ten months to recover, and he came back on January 30, 2012, episode of RAW only to challenge Triple H for the match in Wrestlemania 28. After a lot of persuasion by Shawn Michaels and provoking by Undertaker, Triple H accepted the challenge. Shawn Michaels appeared as the special guest referee in the “Hell in a Cell” match of Triple H and Undertaker.
