A trailer for Jay and Silent Bob reboot came out recently, and it gives off the old vibes. Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith are keeping their own, and they are coming back for the reboot of the movie. Some very famous names will join Jason and Kevin. We get into the details about the cast in later in the post.
Back in Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back; the focus was on the duo trying to stop a film version of the “Bluntman and Chronic” comic, which was based on them. In the reboot, we will see Jay and Silent Bob traveling across the United States yet again as they try to prevent a reboot of the movie from being made.

Jay and Silent Bob Reboot update
The movie is slated to be released on October 15, 2019. It will be a part of two Fathom Events showing. The first showing on October 15 will give a limited edition of the movie. On the second showing, it will be offered as a double feature. Currently, there is no news about a worldwide update of the movie.

While everyone is waiting for the film to release, we have got to know that the film will also host a bunch of screenings and events for the film. The first event would be on 3 August 2019, when the director will be in New Jersey, and will read script of ‘Clerk III,’ which was never made, for helping First Avenue Playhouse in Atlantic Highlands.
Then we will see the film premiering on select theatres on 15 October, which will have extra content and a commemorative poster which will be provided as per availability. It will include a filmed introduction of Kevin Smith. Then on 17 October a similar screening is organized where there is also bonus content assured. Later, we will see Mewes and Smith will be at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park for the roadshow tour they have planned. The tickets would be available on Ticketmaster, so make sure you book yours!
