The tyrannical Demon King has been reincarnated after 2000 years. He joins the Demon King Academy on the same day with a girl called Misha. Anos Voldigoad was a tyrannical Demon King that eradicated humans, spirits, and even the gods, but became bored with eternal warfare and reincarnated with dreams of a peaceful world.
Other students in the Academy could not see through his true powers and ends up branding him as a misfit. Furthermore, they already assumed that the legendary Demon King was someone completely different. While everyone insults him as inferior, he counts Misha, the one girl sympathetic to his cause, as his subject. As time goes another person appears misleading people that he is the true Demon King by the name of Avos Delhevia.

Ano, Misha, Sasha, and Lay are the first ones to arrive at the inter academy exams using their powers. They met with third-year, Revest Ayine who calls them a misfit asking them how did they cheat to get at the academy. Anos replied that ”there is no need to feel bad, I hear that you made it in two days.” Ayine is just jealousy that Anos and his group manage to make it in one day and he thinks that Anos is claiming to be the true Demon King.
Diego Kano Ijaysica introduces himself to the students and told them that he is the headmaster of Hero Academy as well as in charge of the elite Jerga Kanon class. Since it is the first day of inter-academy classes he decides to teach them recreation. Diego summons six objects to the tables and each academy will demonstrate some magic using them. The Hero Academy’s representative will be Rank 2, Ledriano. The Demo King Academy’s representative will be third-yeard top-ranked Revest.
Ledriano uses a Hero Magic, Lihid to increase a small sword into a powerful shining sword that can cut through anything. Revest shows them the Demonization Magic, Nedra. Revest spell wasn’t working and Diego started teasing the students of Demon King Academy. Anos gets up and explains how Ledriano cheated and he makes Revest spell to work. The mouse that was inside the cage changes to a monster.
He then changes it to a holly sword using Lihid to prove that Ledriano cheated. Everyone is shocked to see how powerful Anos is even Diego. Anos explains everything to Diego who asked him how he did it. Ledraino now belives that Anos is the reincarnation of the Demon King of Tyranny. Revest and other Royals chants that Anos is just a misfit and another guy asks them to prove that they are better than him. Diego told everyone to be quiet.
The next day the students get into a dangerous competition and they got hurt Anos use his power to heal them. Since Revest is a royal he refuses to be treated by Anos and he offers him his school badge. Anos convince him and heal him back to normal. Round 2 of the Inter-Academy Exam is about, to begin with, the Anos team facing The Hero Academy’s team.
