Yellowstone Season 1 made quite some waves, and it turned out to be one of the best shows to air in 2018. It was pretty much a given that the show would be renewed for a second season, and it didn’t take long for Paramount Network to confirm that the show was getting renewed for yet another ten episodes, which basically means that Season 2 is officially happening.
So what do we expect from the second season of Yellowstone? We’ll be discussing that and everything else about Yellowstone Season 2 in this post. Make sure that you don’t continue if you want to avoid spoilers because there may be some in this post. However, if spoilers don’t bother you, we can get started.
It has been confirmed by Paramount Network that Yellowstone Season 2 will air in 2019, and that’s huge because we don’t have to wait all that long for that show to return.
There were some speculations that the show would return in 2020 after taking a brief hiatus but seems like that’s not going to be the case. While a 2019 air date has been confirmed, we don’t know when exactly in 2019 it’ll come out. When it comes to the air date, things are still up in the air.
However, we can always speculate. Yellowstone Season 1 aired in August 2018, and if the show decides to follow that pattern, then we’ll see the second season come out in August of this year as well. However, that’s not always true. The show could take a bit longer, and if that’s the case, then we may see it return in Fall 2019.
There has been bothering revealed about the release date of the show right now, so we can’t say anything for sure. All of this is just speculation, as I mentioned earlier. Neal McDonough is expected to return to the show later this year. Other returning cast members include Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Danny Huston, and Gil Birmingham.
