According to the sources, Netflix will have the first run rights for the Breaking Bad movie, as it will air on Netflix first before it airs on AMC in the US. However, the producers Sony Pictures, AMC, and Netflix declined to confirm this.

According to the recent reports, the movie is in its early stages, and as of now, we expect the movie to release in early 2021 or late 2020.
