Satoshi is busy training with Pikachu, Rioule, and Goo came and join he decided to help him improve from his last loss. Satoshi met with another boy and decided to battle with him. An official battle has been announced it is a 1v1 battle, Rioule vs Octan. Rioule attacks with a flurry of vacuum waves and octan dodge them while releasing psyche-beam.
The beam hits Rioule who became dizzy and Octan finishes him with Octan cannon. From that loss, Santoshi’s ranking has gone down again but he decided not to give up. He enters another battle due to loss he confuses Reoule who has lost concentration in the middle of the battle. Dokukurage unleashes the bubble beam with a poison needle and defeats Rioule in a single blow.

Previously on Pokemon 2019 Episode 36
Santoshi lost 3 battles in a row now he has dropped down from SuperClass to Normal Class. Meanwhile, in Kinsetsu City in Hoenn, a bizarre event is taking place everyone is surprised to see a sandstorm. They heard a song coming from a sandstorm and they got possessed with a song and enters the sandy storm. In the lab, the researchers find out that people are going into the sandstorm, lured by the voices. They think that it is the work of unknown Pokemon.
Goo convinces Satoshi to go with him and find out what’s going on. Santoshi and Goo reach the Hoenn region and they enter the sandstorm wearing protective glasses. They save the villagers who were sinking inside the sand from the pokemon that eats everything in the sand. Nuckra ant pit pokemon ground type. Its nest is a sloped bowl-like pit dug in the sand and it eats everything sinking inside the sand. Goo uses a super curved ball and captures it and its data is added to the index.
Suddenly they heard a voice and find a Vibrava Pokemon, ground dragon type. It generates supersonic waves by vigorously making its two wings vibrate. Goo manages to capture it with the help of Rabbifoot. Suddenly a Flygon shows up, it is a spirit pokemon ground type. It is known as the desert spirit it causes a singing voice that lures people inside the sand. Satoshi and Goo notice that to capture it using a curveball won’t work they decided to team up and battle it.
It is a 2v1 battle Pikachu, Messon vs Flygon. Pikachu charges with 10000 volts and it doesn’t work on Flygon since it is a ground type pokemon. The electricity attack won’t work on Flygon and Satoshi decided to call Pikachu back. Rioule switches with Pikachu and attacks with Vaccum wave flurry. Meanwhile, Messon attacks with a water gun to stop the sandstorm, and the attacks started to make an effect.
Rioule combines vacuum wave flurry with Messon water gun and Flygon hides inside the sand. Flygon started doing dragon dives and takedown Messon. Rabbifoot enters the battle and attacks with ember while Flygon unleashes Draco Meteor. Rabbifoot jumps up towards Flygon stepping on top of Draco Meteor. Rabbifoot uses ember and kick Draco Meteor towards Flygon and sends it to the ground. Goo quickly captures Flygon using a curveball later the city became cleared and the sandstorm is gone.
