The official website for the anime adaptation of Haro Aso and Kotaro Takata’s “Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead” manga has revealed the adjusted broadcast schedule due to production delays. The sixth episode’s release has been postponed to August 27, followed by the seventh episode on September 3.
A recap episode is set for September 10, while the eighth and ninth episodes are scheduled for September 17 and 24, respectively. Also, the release dates for episodes 10-12 will be disclosed at a later time due to the production delay’s impact.
The anime’s progression has seen a few reschedulings, including the fifth episode being pushed back by a week, and a special program taking its place. The fourth episode experienced a similar delay, airing a day later on select streaming platforms due to production circumstances. The anime premiered in Japan on July 9 via Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Netflix.

The anime adaptation of Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead is directed by Kazuki Kawagoe, accompanied by Hanako Ueda as assistant director, and produced by BUG FILMS. Makoto Miyazaki composes the music. KANA-BOON performs the opening theme song, Song of the Dead, and Shiyui performs the ending theme song, Happiness of the Dead.
The cast includes Shūichirō Umeda as protagonist Akira Tendo. Tomori Kusunoki is the heroine Shizuka Mikazuki, a worker in a foreign finance company who mirrors Akira as the logical one, and has an internal list of “100 things you must do to not become a zombie.” Makoto Furukawa plays Kenichiro Ryuzaki, while Minami Takahashi as Beatrix Amerhauser.
The Plot
