Estarossa’s mental instability will be increasing just like Monspeet mentioned before that he can not avoid this if he absorbs another commandment. As a result, he now refers to himself as Meliodas. Derieri tells Elizabeth what is happening to Estarossa as he would be destroyed by the commandment he had just absorbed later on. As now it seems like there will not be anyone who can stop Estarossa at this point as he had already absorbed Monspeet’s and Galand’s commandment there could be only one way to get him to leave.
You will remember that Estarossa’s main interest is Elisabeth at this point and as for the rest he is just playing around with them. So if Elizabeth compiles and agrees to go back to Meliodas with him, he might consider leaving the rest of the seven deadly sins alone. Well, im sure more will be revealed when episode 24 airs as all we can do for now is just to speculate.
