Yu Darvish was the reason behind the argument, and Daniel took the call to keep Yu out of the game for the next season. Jon Daniels fired Jackie Moore, who have been the bench coach for Texas Rangers for a while.
He was fired when the Rangers lost to Tampa Bay in 2013. Moore was with the team for five years and was friends with Ron Washington and Nolan Ryan. After Moose was fired, there was news of a physical altercation which was broken by Ron.

Daniel never commented on what actually happened, but it is difficult to believe if many people are talking about the incident. But this was the starting of a quarrel between Jon Daniels and Ron Washington.
