Michaels remembered an early impression that Dominik was taller than Rey Mysterio, his father. He continued by praising Dominik and calling him the most diligent person in the industry and the WWE MVP for the year.
Michaels gave Dominik high marks for constantly exceeding all requirements, managing assignments professionally, and giving his best effort.
While acknowledging that Mysterio faced difficulties because he did not have the usual opportunity to grow in NXT like many other stars, Michaels continued to commend Mysterio for his development. Michaels also had nothing but praise for Dominik as a person.

The best part of his work, in his opinion, is giving people the chance to take chances, make mistakes, and never stop learning. Even at fifty-eight, Michaels enjoys the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the industry and finds excitement in the never-ending process of learning new things.
Essentially, he sees his job as an excellent justification for not having to mature, which is exactly in line with his mentality.
