Stacy London and Clinton Kelly are reuniting with renewed energy. The duo, both 55 years old, are joining forces once again for a new Prime Video series called Wear Whatever the F You Want.
This will be their first collaboration since their previous show, What Not to Wear, concluded in 2013. The upcoming series will consist of eight episodes, though a release date has not yet been set.
In a joint statement, London and Kelly shared, “The world has changed a lot since the run of What Not to Wear, and, thankfully, so have we.
These days, we have zero interest in telling people what to do, based on society’s norms—because there are no more norms!”
They added, “However, style remains an important form of communication. We’re excited to show new clients how to align their personal messaging with their life goals. It’s time to celebrate individual style, not prescribe it.”
The series aims to provide “people the confidence and style savvy to wear whatever they want.”
According to the press release, “Over the course of a couple of days, [London and Kelly] will empower each client to live out their fashion fantasy and find their style truth in a journey of a lifetime.”
The news of their reunion follows the end of a decade-long feud between London and Kelly, which was reconciled in September 2023. Kelly shared with Today that he reached out to London after seeing posts about their long-standing issues.
“I was like, ‘I can’t take this anymore,’” Kelly said. “Because we don’t really hate each other. We love each other, in fact. We have very strong feelings toward each other.
So I reached out to Stacy and I was like, ‘Can we put this behind us? Let’s talk it out.’ And we had a really emotional conversation.”
London reflected, “I told Clinton everything that made me sad, everything that hurt me, and every way I thought I hurt him. All the petty grudges, all the stupid stuff.”
She also mentioned that their reconciliation reflects their personal growth since the end of What Not to Wear, which aired over 200 episodes from 2003 to 2013.
