TikTok star Taylor Rousseau Grigg has tragically passed away at the age of 25.
Her husband, Cameron Grigg, shared the heartbreaking news on Saturday in an emotional post on Instagram.
“No one ever expects to have to deal with this kind of pain and heartache, especially at our age,” Cameron wrote.
“This past year, Taylor has dealt with more pain and suffering than most people do in a lifetime. And in spite of that, she still has been such a light and always brought joy to everyone around her.”
Cameron described his wife’s death as “sudden and unexpected,” explaining that her body was “being run by machines to keep her organs viable for donation.”
He also revealed that Taylor had been battling undisclosed medical issues for some time, though he did not provide further details about her passing.
“With this being so sudden and unexpected, we don’t have anything financially in order,” Cameron continued in the post.
“Taylor has been in and out of the hospital since we got married, which has affected our financial situation, and therefore we don’t have any insurance.”
Cameron added that a family friend had set up a GoFundMe account to help with expenses.
The 25-year-old TikTok star had gained over one million followers on the platform by sharing lifestyle and shopping videos.
She had just celebrated a birthday last month, a little more than a year after the couple married in August 2023.
