The horror sensation Terrifier 3, featuring the infamous Art the Clown, is coming to streaming soon after a blockbuster opening in October.
Here’s everything you need to know about when and where you can watch it at home.
Terrifier 3 debuted in theaters on October 11, surprisingly overtaking Joker: Folie à Deux to claim the top spot at the domestic box office, despite Joker being in theaters for a week.
The third installment of the Terrifier series is written and directed by Damien Leone, with David Howard Thornton reprising his role as the terrifying Art the Clown.
Terrifier 3 is anticipated to be available on digital streaming via premium video on demand (PVOD) starting Tuesday, November 26.
However, When to Stream has noted that this date is not yet confirmed by the film’s distributor, Cineverse, and could be subject to change.
Prime Video lists Terrifier 3 for PVOD purchase at $24.99, with an expected rental option available for $19.99 for a 48-hour period.
In addition to Prime Video, the film will also be accessible on other platforms, including AppleTV and VUDU.
Terrifier 3 has seen a warm reception, grossing $50.5 million domestically and $7.8 million internationally, totaling $58.3 million globally on a modest $2 million budget before advertising costs.
The film also boasts an impressive 86% audience score based on over 2,500 verified user ratings.
The Audience Consensus highlights Art the Clown’s enduring appeal:
“Stepping up the ante, the bloody disgusting gore fest in Terrifier 3 cements Art the Clown as an iconic horror villain for ages (and sequels) to come.”
Currently, Terrifier 3 is set to make its PVOD debut on November 26.
