Two days after filing for divorce from her husband, Parker Ferris, and announcing the birth of their third child together, Ovard, 27, reflected on how her body transformed throughout her pregnancy in a TikTok video.
“Counting down to baby,” wrote Ovard on top of the clip, beginning with a view of her at 30 weeks pregnant.
As the video progressed, Ovard was captured gently rubbing her burgeoning baby bump between 31 to 33 weeks into her pregnancy.
At the 34-week milestone, Ovard documented the moment from inside a bathroom, clad in a hospital robe. The scene transitioned to a close-up of the social media personality, casting a playful glance away from the camera, while the words, “Well, that was unexpected,” flashed on screen.
Due to her daughter’s premature birth, Ovard added the caption, “Didn’t get to finish this.”
The baby’s early arrival appeared to catch Ovard by surprise. She captioned her initial birth announcement, posted on TikTok and Instagram on Monday, April 1, with “Sweet baby was ready to be born i guess.”
The newborn now joins Ovard and Ferris’ two other children, Cove, aged 4 ½, and Lola, aged 2 ½.
The news of their divorce comes over eight years after the former couple’s outdoor wedding ceremony in Utah on Oct. 23, 2015.
“I have a wife! She has a husband! I’m sure it will hit me a little later once we actually get situated, living together, normal married life,” Ferris told at the time.
Although the exact birth date and name of their newborn remain undisclosed, Ovard shared a separate TikTok video on Wednesday, April 3. The footage was filmed merely three hours after she gave birth.
“I remember after my first baby, I literally felt like I got hit on a bus, so I’m waiting for that feeling to hit me. I had an epidural with like all three babies kind of similar labor,” she said.
“It was pretty quick because [the] baby did come quite a bit earlier than my other two babies, so she’s a little bit smaller, but honestly, it still hurt to get her out,” continued Ovard. “I was a little bit shocked.”
