Denise Richards is gearing up to offer an inside look at her unpredictable family life through an equally wild reality show.
On Tuesday, February 4, Bravo revealed the first trailer for Denise Richards and Her Wild Things. The sneak peek captures Denise, 53, spending time with her loved ones and reconnecting with several former castmates from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“Hey there, lady,” Erika Jayne says in one scene as she prepares for a sit-down conversation with her longtime TV rival. Denise, visibly uneasy, lets out a nervous laugh before responding, “F—.”
Denise and Erika, 53, have had a contentious relationship since appearing together on RHOBH in seasons 9 and 10. Their feud resurfaced in 2024 during season 13 when Erika brought up Denise’s OnlyFans account at a dinner party, reigniting tensions.
Although it remains unclear where Denise and Erika currently stand, Denise also filmed with RHOBH stars Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton, and Camille Grammer for her new series.
Elsewhere in the trailer, Denise is seen juggling the many roles in her life—being an actress, a wife to Aaron Phypers, and a mother to her daughters Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. (She also welcomed daughter Eloise, 13, via adoption after her birth in May 2011.)
“I’m just trying to keep the family together, and these girls make it so f—ing hard,” Denise admits in a confessional.
“People assume it gets easier as they get older, but it only gets harder. There is no damn ass f—ing handbook for this—that’s for sure.”
Denise first gave audiences a glimpse into her personal life with the 2008 reality series Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, which followed her as she navigated a turbulent divorce while raising two young children.
What’s the Biggest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Moment of All Time?
Now, her life is even more complex and unpredictable than before.
“I’m not perfect, and people will see that I make mistakes,” Denise told in December 2024, offering a preview of what’s to come. “Our family isn’t perfect by any means, but hopefully, viewers will find something relatable in what we go through.”
The former Special Forces contestant made it clear that she wouldn’t have moved forward with the show unless her daughters were fully on board.
“There were conversations with my older daughters because I wanted to ensure they were comfortable with it. They didn’t have to be involved if they didn’t want to be,” Denise explained.
“It was a process, but they were supportive, and I thought, ‘Alright, let’s do this. Buckle up and enjoy the ride.’”
Denise Richards and Her Wild Things premieres on Bravo on Tuesday, March 4, following a new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
