Hyunsung’s revenge on Oh Hyeji has finally come to a rather intense yet deserved end but Hyunsung doesn’t intend to stop anytime soon. Now that Hyeji is taken care of, Hyunsung will be targeting her father Oh Chunsam, and the other members of the Golden Circle in Devil Returns To School Days Chapter 38!
Devil Returns To School Days Chapter 37 opens up with Oh Chunsam calling Chansoo so that he can ask him what he plans to do about his daughter’s condition.
Chunsam reminds Chansoo of the promise he made at the start regarding the confidentiality of the deal. He asks Chansoo what he is going to do now that he has failed to keep his promise.

Chunsam threatens Chansoo by saying that he will tell Golden Circle about everything but Chansoo doesn’t get scared. Chansoo tells Chunsam that he can do whatever he wants because, from this moment, the deal is off. He further adds that he is well aware of the fact that he’s screwed and so he will try to survive now.
Chansoo says that he handed over all the proof of his dealings to Kim Hyunsung as a way of surviving. Chunsam gets furious at Chansoo for selling him out like this and so he says that he’ll take down the entire Golden Circle if his life gets threatened. Chansoo tells Chunsam that he won’t be affected by anything he does now and so he’s on his own. On that note, Chansoo hangs up.
Chunsam gets furious at Chansoo and then he hears his doorbell ring. Chunsam approaches the door to find out who’s standing outside but the focus suddenly shifts to Chansoo remembering the events that have happened so far.
Hyunsung calls Chansoo to tell him that he has sent Oh Hyeji home. Hyunsung further adds that Chansoo has failed to do his job properly but the big issue is that he let his client’s identity get revealed. Chansoo starts sweating as he wonders how Hyunsung found out about his client and his contact number.
Chansoo says that Choi Taejoon must have betrayed him. Hyunsung commends Chansoo on his quick thinking and then he reminds him that he has now become an enemy of the Golden Circle. Hyunsung says that the Golden Circle will do whatever it takes to make everything disappear now and that includes killing Oh Chunsam and Chansoo.
Some assassins arrive at Chansoo’s location and they start approaching him with a knife in their hands. Chansoo gets scared and Hyunsung gives him hope by asking him if he wants to live. He then tells Chansoo to tell his boss that he has completed his job and that he has dealt with Hyunsung.
Chansoo tells Hyunsung that his client won’t be happy if he does that but Hyunsung asks him if he values his client and the answer becomes pretty clear to him. Hyunsung then orders Chansoo to just ditch his client and the rest of the story goes as expected.
Back at Chunsam’s house, Hyunsung enters through the door and sits on the sofa while Chunsam and his wife tremble with fear. Hyunsung asks Chunsam to just sit down so that they can continue their chat but Chunsam continues to ask him to leave the house.
Irritated by Chunsam’s constant blabbering, Hyunsung decides to give him two options. The first option is that Chunsam can file a police report against Hyunsung but if he does that, Hyunsung will just release all the proof he has collected and that would mean the end of Chunsam and his precious daughter Hyeji.
Hyunsung further adds that if Chunsam gets jailed then it would leave Hyeji alone which means that he will make her suffer even more. The Second option would be to just cut Hyeji’s Achilles heel with a knife so that she doesn’t bully anyone ever again. After placing his proposal, Hyunsung leaves the place.
Despite how Absurd it sounds, Chunsam decides to along with the second option because he can’t bear to go to Jail. Hyeji tries to run away from her father but she gets caught and receives her punishment!

Devil Returns To School Days Chapter 38 will see the introduction of another one of Hyunsung’s targets. Contradictory from what we have seen so far, the target this time is a corrupt teacher named Kim Panho.
This bit of information has revealed that not only the students but even the teachers were a part of Hyunsung’s bullying which is truly horrifying. How will Hyunsung deal with this Teacher who is now a member of the parliament?
