Why Did George Clooney Reject $35 Million For One Day Work?
During the promotion of his movie- The Tender Bar, Geroge Clooney revealed why he rejected the work. According to him-
“I mean.” I was offered $35 million for one day’s work on an airline commercial, but after discussing it with Amal Clooney (the human rights lawyer and his wife whom he married in 2014), we decided it wasn’t worth it. It was linked with a country that, when an ally, maybe doubtful at times, so I thought, ‘Well if it takes a minute’s sleep away from me, it’s not worth it.'”
Not to mention, George Clooney always has been a significant activist who has his views on politics, etc. Apart from that, his wife is a human rights lawyer. This shows the quality of this gentleman. He believes in the concept of honesty; his statement in the interview is enough to prove it.
