Jennifer Garner and her boyfriend, John Miller, appear to be more in love than ever. In photographs obtained on Sunday, February 2, Garner, 52, was seen affectionately wrapping an arm around Miller, 47, while strolling down a street in Los Angeles. In turn, Miller placed a firm hand on the actress’ waist.
Another image captured a playful moment between the couple, with Garner—who has been dating the tech CEO since 2018—lightheartedly resting her hand on Miller’s back pocket as he reached into his other pocket.
This rare public sighting of the pair comes as Garner continues to co-parent her three children—Violet, 19, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12—with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, 52. She and Affleck have frequently been seen together as they navigate their shared parenting responsibilities.
In the newly surfaced photos, Garner and Miller appeared at ease in each other’s company, both opting for casual attire before seemingly getting into their respective parked cars. Garner sported a black hoodie and green leggings, while Miller chose a flannel shirt paired with jeans.
Their romance began the same year Garner’s divorce from Affleck was finalized. (The former couple, who were married for a decade, announced their separation in 2015.) Meanwhile, Miller was still legally married to his ex-wife, Caroline Campbell, at the time.
A source told in January 2023 that Garner and Miller have a strong bond despite a brief split in August 2020. (Us confirmed in May 2021 that the couple had rekindled their relationship.)
“Jennifer adores John and envisions a long-term future with him,” the insider revealed, though they noted that Garner was in no hurry to walk down the aisle at the time.
“She is perfectly content cherishing and enjoying what they have—at least for now—without any formal labels,” the source added.
While the couple has historically kept their relationship out of the public eye, an insider disclosed that Garner and Miller spent Thanksgiving together in 2023.
“They used to go out of their way to maintain a low profile, but they’ve grown increasingly secure in their relationship and how everything has unfolded,” the source shared with Us in November 2023.
Meanwhile, Garner’s dynamic with her ex-husband, Affleck, also appears to be positive. Recently, in photos obtained, the former couple was seen attending a school play in Santa Monica, California, on January 26
. During the outing, Garner kept things relaxed with a jacket layered over a sweater and jeans, while Affleck was photographed stepping outside for a smoke break amid the event.
Garner and Affleck have been spotted together on multiple occasions following Affleck’s recent divorce from Jennifer Lopez, which was finalized in early January. A source told Us in July 2024 that Garner has been a pillar of support for both Affleck and Lopez, 55.
“She has been incredibly helpful to J. Lo, and the two have found common ground,” the insider revealed. “Jennifer has become an unexpected confidante for J. Lo.”
