Jenny McCarthy is showing her support for a longtime friend and fellow icon in a touching tribute!
The Masked Singer judge sat down with Kit Hoover and guest co-host Jason Kennedy, where she opened up about her emotional reaction to Pamela Anderson’s highly praised performance in The Last Showgirl.
“I saw the trailer today, and I bawled my eyes out,” Jenny admitted. “I could cry right now just thinking about her.
Oh my God, I’m going to cry. We’ve come up together, and when you’ve been on this journey for so long, it’s hard not to get emotional.
People don’t always get the opportunities they deserve, especially when they’re stereotyped or judged. Back then, being so beautiful came with its own set of challenges—negativity, jealousy, all of it.
To see her have this moment now is everything. I couldn’t be more proud, excited, and grateful that she’s getting this chance in her lifetime. Go, Pamela! I hope you get that Oscar, girl!”
Jenny also reflected on her own career highlights, sharing how she “manifested” 100 seasons of “The Masked Singer” and expressing her love for the job, calling it her favorite since her breakout days on MTV’s Singled Out in the ’90s.
The interview took a playful turn when her husband, Donnie Wahlberg, made a surprise appearance.
The couple, who recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary, explained why they renew their wedding vows every year. Jenny also showcased the latest offerings from her Formless Beauty line, adding a touch of glam to the segment.
