Singer and entertainer Lee Hyori is confirmed to appear for the first time on tvN’s popular variety show You Quiz on the Block, reuniting with longtime friend and host Yoo Jae Suk.
Filming took place on June 18, though the episode’s air date has yet to be announced. This will mark Lee Hyori’s first personal appearance on the show, despite her husband Lee Sang Soon having appeared back in 2021 to talk about their relationship.
Fans are excited as this reunion reunites Lee Hyori and Yoo Jae Suk on screen for the first time in nearly five years.
The pair last worked together during the Refund Sisters project on MBC’s Hangout with Yoo in 2020.
Known for their playful yet heartfelt chemistry, the duo earned the nickname “the Nation’s Siblings” on SBS’s Family Outing. They also formed the hit co-ed group SSAK3 with Rain, topping music charts.
Since debuting in 1998 with girl group Fin.K.L, Lee Hyori has built a successful solo career and become a variety show favorite.
After living on Jeju Island with her husband for about 11 years, they recently moved back to Seoul.
Additionally, Lee Hyori will host a new makeup competition show titled Top-Class Makeup Survival: Just Makeup later this year.
