I feel like this just goes without saying, the show is so good. The show is so good that I’m almost afraid that Season 2 is not going to live up to Season one and is it always going to be filmed in a three-week span? Because I feel like with enough time to develop The Game the show could be out of here.
The episode starts off with the Recoupling the first to go is Justine, she chose Jack, Cely chose Eyal, and Liberty, chose Callum, leaving Jess with Ray. However, she had to throw some jabs in Johnny’s direction.
Somebody on the internet is of the belief that: Jess is playing it up and that she’s just providing entertainment and she’s unbothered”. She’s getting very much bothered by me. Like she’s very much bothered, very much hurt, and very much distraught. I know she has this savage kind of personality and she is the type of person to want to give great television, but I don’t think this is for TV. I don’t think this is for the plot and I think she’s genuinely hurt.
Love Island Games Previous Episode Recap
Before diving into Love Island Games Episode 13, let’s quickly recap and review the previous episode. It’s unfortunate that Jess used to be the strong girl and stuff like that, and so she doesn’t want to show Johnny how much his actions have impacted her. But you can only be the strong girl for so long. I think at this point, honey, you pick yourself up, you dust yourself off and you keep pushing.
Also, look to see what characteristics of Johnny that you were hesitant about even before connecting with him and look for those going forward. Because there’s no way she’s only just now seeing the red flags because Courtney came in. I think she saw some beforehand, but she just thought, “Well, it’s not a big deal. He still chose me at the end of the day”. No girl, when you see those red flags, the next time around, trust your gut because you don’t want to be in this situation again.
Speaking of picking yourself up and moving on, Johnny is doing exactly that. If you ask him “who Jessica is”, he’ll say “Alba?”, “Simpson?”, because those are the only jessicas that he knows.
I obviously expected Johnny to not feel away about how he’s been treating Jess. We’ve seen that he just treats women as numbers. Even Courtney, even though he’s showing her a lot more attention than he showed the two previous women, she’s still just a number on his roster.
Then I was looking at Courtney laughing at the situation. Courtney, listen, I’m one of those people who feels like you don’t have to be a girls girl if you don’t want to be. But at the end of the day, like she was clearly hurt by the situation and you took it kind of as a joke. A lot more happened in previous episodes, but now let’s discuss when Episode 12 of Love Island Games will be released and what will happen in it.
Release Date & Where to Watch
Love Island Games Episode 13 will be released on 15 November 2023 on Peacock. There was a Heart Rate Challenge and the results of the game were that Liberty and Callum were the Power couple, they raised the most heart rates. At the bottom are Jack and Justine, Jess and Ray, and Kyra and Carrington.
Now based on the trailer, what I’m going to assume is that Carrington is the one who left just because I don’t see Johnny crying for anybody else but him. Johnny and Ray were boys before the show. But Carrington, like that’s his dog, you know what I mean? And then Jack, I think he’s cool with Jack, but they’re not like friends.
So personally, who would I want to go to? I think I’d be OK would it be in Carrington for the guys? They’re not going to send home Jack, they’re not going to send home, Ray. It has to be Carrington. And then for the girls, that one is a tough one because Kyra is loved by the girls. Because the girls are going to pick a Girl and the guys are picking a guy. I think Kyra is loved by the girls, and Justine is a staple of the season. And I think Jess is the toss-up, so it might be them going.
