Prime Video has finally released the trailer for My Fault: London, an upcoming coming-of-age romantic drama starring Asha Banks from A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and Matthew Broome from The Buccaneers.

The film will follow Banks and Broome as stepsiblings who try to suppress their growing romantic attraction to each other, despite the undeniable tension that develops between them.

My Fault: London, based on Mercedes Ron’s Spanish novel Culpa mía (which was first adapted in 2023), will be available for global streaming on Prime Video starting February 13.

The trailer for this teen romance drama opens with Banks’ character, Noah, who had been promised a fresh start when her family moved to London. After her mother marries a wealthy man named William (played by Ray Fearon), Noah quickly realizes that adjusting to a new place is the least of her problems.

Her new stepsibling, Nick (Broome), is an 18-year-old privileged young man whose presence complicates her life even further. As Noah and Nick spend more time together, their attraction to each other grows stronger, which only adds to the tension between them.

Directed by Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler, with a script by Melissa Osbourne, My Fault: London also stars Eve Macklin, Ray Fearon, Enva Lewis, Jason Flemyng, Kerim Hassan, Sam Buchanan, Amelia Kenworthy, and Harry Gilby.

The film is part of Prime Video’s original Spanish movie lineup, following the earlier releases of Culpa mía (My Fault) and Your Fault, both based on Ron’s Culpables series. The official synopsis for My Fault: London is as follows:

“When Noah’s mother, Ella, falls in love with the very wealthy William, the two move from America to London to live with William and his son, Nick. Upon arrival, 18-year-old Noah meets the rebellious Nick, and an immediate attraction sparks between them.

As Noah spends the summer settling into her new life, making friends through Nick’s circles, and navigating the complicated dynamic with him, they both struggle to suppress their growing feelings. Noah will eventually be forced to confront her painful past while experiencing her first love.”

My Fault: London Joins Amazon Studios’ Growing Slate of Original Movies

Amazon Studios has achieved notable success with its diverse range of original films, spanning genres from crime thrillers and dramas to romantic comedies. Like other streaming platforms, Prime Video has been steadily expanding its collection of original movies.

Recent releases such as One Night in Miami…, Master, Red, White, & Royal Blue, Air, and Cold War have received significant attention, with My Fault: London marking the latest addition to the platform’s slate.

My Fault: London will be available on Prime Video starting February 13. Both My Fault and Your Fault are also currently available to stream on the platform.
