A 9-year-old boy is among 120 individuals accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault and abuse in upcoming lawsuits, according to a lawyer representing the accuser.
Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, where he alleged that Combs sexually abused multiple minors.
Buzbee claimed that the 9-year-old boy was sexually abused after he auditioned at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City.
He stated, “Other boys were there to audition as well. All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors.
This individual [the 9-year-old] was sexually abused, allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio, with the promise of securing a record deal for both his parents and himself.”
On the same day, Buzbee announced that his law firm, in conjunction with the AVA Law Group, had been retained by at least 120 individuals to file civil claims against Combs. He indicated that 25 of the alleged victims are minors.
Buzbee intends to file the lawsuits across various states within the next 30 days.
The alleged victims, as stated by Buzbee, are “evenly divided between males and females.” He mentioned that over 55% of the alleged victims have reported their claims to either authorities or hospitals.
The alleged abuse occurred at various events hosted by Combs, including album release parties, New Year’s Eve celebrations, as well as “all white parties,” “puppy parties,” and sometimes during auditions—allegedly taking place in locations such as Los Angeles, Miami, Manhattan, and the Hamptons from 1991 to 2024.
Buzbee claimed that many of the alleged victims were drug tested following the incidents, revealing the presence of Xylazine, a horse tranquilizer colloquially known as “tranq,” in their systems.
In response to the allegations, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, issued a statement, asserting, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.
That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.
He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
These abuse claims come after Combs, 54, was charged in September with federal racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.
Federal authorities allege that Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others, and led a racketeering conspiracy that engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice, among other crimes,” according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
