However, logistical issues stemming from Boston have made it impossible to transport her full tour production to the nation’s capital in time. The same complications had already led to the cancellation of the Boston event.
Shakira Expresses Regret as Stage Safety Issues Force Multiple Show Cancellations

Additional performances by Jason Aldean and Brooks & Dunn were also affected. According to CBS News, Live Nation identified structural problems during a routine pre-show inspection that rendered the stage unsafe for use.
