Tom Jones, despite not performing at the original Isle of Wight Festivals, made a triumphant debut on the festival stage in 2011 at the age of 71.
His powerful performance on June 11th delighted the crowd, with videos of his rendition of “Delilah” available online.
Tom Jones was a special guest performer at the 10th revived Isle of Wight Festival, which was headlined by Kings of Leon, Foo Fighters, Kasabian, and Pulp.
He returned to Seaclose Park a decade later in 2021 to perform once again at the Isle of Wight Festival. Remarkably, he was 81 years old at the time, showcasing his enduring talent and energy.
